If you have a complaint about the service MSF Medical Services has provided then you may make this complaint by email.

Dr Roisin McHugh GMC number 4538637 will deal with the complaint.

You will receive an acknowledgement of the complaint within 3 business days.

We reserve the right to decline to consider a complaint that is made more than 12 months after you become aware of the cause of the complaint. There may be instances when we will overlook this requirement.

Within 20 days of receiving the complaint we will send you a response and always aim to resolve your complaint in full.

For clinical complaints which affect your health and well-being and where you are unsatisfied with our response, you may refer the case to the General Medical Council.
